
FineEd Consultancy specialises in educational strategy and planning. We offer courses, classes and targeted strategies for increasing reach, engagement and development across many areas of education. Current and past projects have included advising organisations about their strategy, producing written materials and educational guides, reviewing organisational development, creating educational videos, and educational classes.
Rabbi Daniel and Janine Fine are the proud Directors of FineEd Consultancy. Between them they have many years’ experience in vast arrays of educational enterprises – both formal and informal. Here are some programmes and initiatives they have been involved in:

Daniel Fine

Daniel grew up in London, attending Hasmonean school where he was Head Boy, as well as captaining and vice-captaining the football and cricket teams. He won two gold medals for football at the JCC Maccabi Games, as well as various other football team medals. He studied at Hakotel, Mir Rav Tzvi Kushelevsky’s Yeshiva and has taught at Hakotel, Aish Gesher before moving back to London after 12 years in Israel. In London he has taught at Hasmonean (leading the Beis Chadash programme), the Evening Beis for students, and worked for Stanmore & Canons Park community as Community Rabbi for five years. Among his achievements at Stanmore were growing the young families membership significantly, authoring various educational pamphlets and designing the Shabbaton at Home during lockdown. He heads the Seed Schools Programme and is the Rabbi of Sinai School too. He has also been involved in many written projects and initiatives – from magazines to articles and publications. When he is not studying, teaching or consulting, Daniel is a keen runner and has played in three charity football matches against Spurs Legends XI (drawing one and losing two).

Janine Fine

Janine grew up in Whitefiled, Manchester. A keen swimmer, she was involved in her Bnei Akiva chapter and contributed significantly to various teen initiatives. She studied at Orot, Brovinders and her favourite Nevei Yerushalayim before joining the community-focussed Whitefield Student House. Janine established various initiatives at Stanmore including a Mother & Baby group, an educational weekly women’s session, as well as hosting events and meals. She also delivered educational sessions to groups and individuals. Janine is also a keen photographer.
Qualifications:
– 2 A*s, 5 As, 3Bs at GCSE
– 1 A and 2 Bs at A-Level
– Graduated from Diamond Photography course
